Register as a non-market party

If you are not part of the Dutch Energy Market, in accordance with the Energy Act, but would like to access EDSN services, you can register as an organization through Partners in Energie.

Conditions for a new registration are:

• You are registered with the Trade Register (KVK)
• You have eHerkenning with reliability level 3 (eH3)

Registration process

Step 1. Verification
To begin your registration, you must log in using eHerkenning linked to your organization. This allows us to verify the organization. After logging in with eHerkenning, you will be automatically redirected to the registration form. Learn more about eHerkenning.

Step 2: Registration
During registration, you will designate one or more administrators. An administrator is authorized to add users and manage their roles and permissions. At least one administrator must be assigned to complete the registration. You will also select your organization type to ensure the appropriate roles are available in the Dienst Veilige Toegang application.

Step 3. Review and enrollment
We will review your registration within five working days. If additional information is required, we will contact you. Once your application is approved, you will gain access to Dienst Veilige Toegang and receive an email with further instructions.

Step 4. Secure access service
You can complete your account setup by creating a password via the link in the email from Dienst Veilige Toegang. After setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will officially have access to your organization’s user portal. From there, you can use EDSN’s services based on your organization type and assigned roles and permissions. For more details, visit the page Dienst Veilige Toegang.

Step 5. Logging into applications
Once all verification steps in Dienst Veilige Toegang are completed, you can log in to various applications from EDSN. To access Partners in Energie, go to mijn.partnersinenergie.nl.
