Facilitating uniform, secure and rapid interaction among grid operators and market participants is the core task of Partners in Energy. EDSN does indeed already provide for the exchange of considerable amounts of data among the systems of market players in the sector. However, in some cases, this information does not answer the questions from suppliers or other market participants.

The Partners in Energy ticketing system enables market participants to ask questions without having to know exactly how and whom to ask. Based on the customer's EAN number and the market process to which the question relates, the ticketing system guides them in asking the right question and obtaining the relevant information. Questions then end up at precisely the right organisation and the relevant team. This way, we can ensure rapid, uniform and transparent customer service together. This covers such processes as disputes, consumption data, metering corrections, master data, allocation and reconciliation.

We also work continuously on minimising and simplifying these interactions. For example, by means of connection and malfunction information and through our extensive knowledge base.

The ticketing system is available only to market participants with an account. Most market participants already have an account. But the greater the number of participating parties, the faster we can learn and the better this works for all organisations in the energy sector.
