Facilitating uniform, secure and rapid interaction between grid operators and market participants is the core task of Partners in Energy.
The Message Box is Partners in Energy’s secure messaging environment. You can use the Message Box to send messages to regional grid operators that are not handled through automated messaging. This could be a question, notification or request for which you want to provide additional information. All your messages and responses are kept together in one place.
Why do we use the Message Box?
Market participants and grid operators exchange a great deal of information within the energy sector. Much of this exchange is automated. Sometimes, however, additional contact is needed.
The Message Box provides a secure and clear way to manage this contact. You no longer need to search through separate emails, and you can quickly see the status of your message.
When do you use the Message Box?
You use the Message Box for questions, notifications or requests that are not handled through automated messaging.

- Send a message or ticket to a regional grid operator.
- Ask a question about a market process.
- Report an issue relating to data or messages.
- Add additional information or an attachment.
- Track the status and progress of your message.
- Find all responses in one central place.

Access to the Message Box
To use the Message Box, you need access to Partners in Energy. Your organisation’s Partners in Energy administrator determines which colleagues have access and what permissions they have.
